The one where there's just too many happening at once & cèlfies...

Do you know how troublesome it is to take such a perfect cèlfie?

First there is the "I-tie-up-my-annoying-hair-while-I-didnt-notice-my-top-is-crumpled"

Then there's the realisation "hair-up-makes-my-face-round-so-lets-go-but-the-top-still"

Then it hit me the "your-top-RR"

(Yah, I am happy how long my hair is now!)

So dah, I just wanted to post my many célfies because I only posted one on my IG. But yeah, the effort for just one perfect selfie but Baobei got everything lah hor. Even the smelly ones I give him. I was just having a good hair day (actually awhile lah because after that, it was no longer the well behaved hair but a mane when I was out) and I put on falshies!

I slept pretty late last night and I only have one person to blame: Baobei.

Okay the reason being is that I was on TWB's IG and I saw the latest baju of theirs!

Then I was showing Baobei the red with grey baju from their latest collection and I told him that it looks really gorgeous, then here's what my darling said to me" You know, we can take another baju from them since we are doing a post photoshoot the next day." Before I can jump for joy because you all know right how I want to wear all of Katt's baju, Baobei has one condition:

We must not spend so much time changing to outfits as our event is 5 hours and meant for close family members and friends only. So we must mingle with our guests and not disappear.

Which of course makes sense lah. So then he said we need to plan a proper wedding itinerary with timing to make sure we have time for 3 baju total (nikah, outfit 1 and outfit 2). If the time is too short, then we will only be taking one baju from TWB as planned originally.  (Which reminds me why I need to blog about Gurame.)

Then Baobei went to sleep, and I was on my inspiration board on Pintrest. Hehe, and got so excited. But haven't dream of a wedding with 3 bajus yet lah, which I know it is a matter of time I am dreaming of our wedding again haha!

So our next 2 major appointments will be in November, which I am super psyched for! June is already coming to an end, which means Hello Term 3. I am already looking forward to Youth Day school holiday (hehe).

Anyway to my Muslim friends, Ramadan Mubarak. May we find the inner peace and be blessed with everything good Allah has to offer us. May we find our happiness and not be obsessed with other people's happiness because Allah itu adil. I know I always pray for people to forget my happiness and be blessed with the same kind of happiness I get.

This year's bulan Ramadan as a fiancé and fiancée, and I pray that we will be better people for each other. In Shaa Allah, amin.

The trip to KL... (Malaysia)

So the last trip in June and for the year... and of course the last trip as a (ahem) single girl is with my none other fiancé whom I affectionately call Baobei. So anyway, this is our second time to KL together. Okay cut the story short, this trip is just for us to spend some time before the second half of the year gets crazy.

Us taking the express train from KLIA2 that only took 33 mins to reach KL Sentral.
(RM35/pax/one way)

So we stayed at Piccolo Hotel which is right smacked at Bukit Bintang.
Sorry, I have no photos of the room but it is cosy! No complaints, whatsoever.
(SGD110/night/Agoda)

So where did Baobei drag me?
Of course, his Carls' Jr.

A full boy is a happy boy indeed.
We bought movie tickets at Pavillion for How To Train Your Dragon 2.
Midnight movie, heh.

Headed off to Berjaya Times Square because a girlfriend of mine told me that place is wicked for shopping, so of course I am topping up my wardrobe for the second half of the year!

But then I remembered something...

Look who is in his happy place?
I know right! I have brought him to the correct place, and of course by default he has to love me more than he already has, which I am not sure if that is possible, but I will take whatever I can get (heh).

We spend quite a fair bit of time, and this boy spend almost half our money on the first day! Haha, which I didn't mind anyway. He got himself a DGK (dirty ghetto kids) deck, trucks, 2 tees and 1 sunglasses. So yes, a happy boy.

Grabbed a skirt or 2 for myself. Headed back to hotel. Freshen up. Dinner at the best chicken rice which is just a walking distance then movie. We stayed up quite a fair bit before we went to sleep, which is surprising because we wee pretty beat!

Day 2.

We woke up late. Hahaha, 1130am and we were struggling to open our eyes. Had a hard time waking the snorlex up. We got ready, with very empty stomachs and took a dodgy cab to...

Kulcats Cafe.

I am sorry but I take quite shitty pictures of the boy using gopro while this one takes like a pro. I mean I look good in the angles he took me in! The secretly taking pictures of me, is very rewarding haha! But it goes without saying that he is very handsome (and no, I was not paid to say this.)

I love the ambience of the whole cafe, and the food is just really good. (Apologise in advance that gopro is useless when taking good food pictures, or I am just shit using it.)

I shall not name the food, not because I am selfish but I can't remember and I am lazy to look at my IG again. But from what I heard, everything is good.

That is my Baobei
(and yes, I was trying to feel less guilty for not having nice pictures of him.)

(Learn my lesson about food taking, so this is with my iPhone)

And yes, we do not share desserts! Haha, I mean we do but we must have one each!
So I am officially a Kool Katt, which means this is a must now when we go to KL.

Headed to KLCC to survey wedding bands because it is said to be cheaper. We are still deciding between Cartier and Tiffany, so that will be an entirely different post altogether, heh.

Headed to some weird place Abang send us, and then back to the hotel. Before that, we went to Bukit Bunting Plaza/Sungai Wang and of course I did some damage there too. Went to Petaling Street for some stuffs and of course the street food, heh.

Day 3.

Us before checking out. Filled our tummies first at Tony Romas.

That's Baobei asking me to quick take a picture of him drunk. Tsk!

Last minute shopping at Sungai Wang and Berjaya Times Square. We actually withdraw money twice and spend every last cent we had on us. Got a couple more skirts and tops, while Baobei got 2 more skate sleeveless tops.

Took the express train to KLIA2

Ate Macdonalds' porridge (yes they have it!) which was surprisingly okay.

The immigration was seriously an ass. Super slow and incompetent. Urgh.

So that wrapped the whole KL trip.

Though I am really upset that I can't travel anymore this year since there is many things I need to cross off To-Do Wedding List, and the fact it is too near the wedding, at least the next trip is with my (ahem) husband.

So June is coming to an end. That also means that Baobei and I have been together for 18 months and counting! Time sure flies! When I knew him, he was still in NS! HAHA! This boy actually went out with me in his uniform just before he booked in for the week. Well, that was 2 years back, now look at us... engaged and about to be married.

I am just so happy. I am a lucky girl.

Til the next update about... Gurame Part 2. (yes, yes, wedding updates!)
